Bodyweight Metcon

Daytime

Shoveled snow.
Changed brakes on car, which turned out to be more of a workout than I had hoped.


Evening

Workout:

6 rds
15 deadhang pull ups, various grips
30 sit ups
30 push ups
30 squats

time: 22:01


Notes:
  • Body: no pain in hamstring tendon during WOD, so that was good, but I felt a bit of irritation when I was sitting cross-legged today. Still not 100% on that but getting better.
  • Busy weekend with some birthdays going on. Worked out 5 days straight this week so I don't feel too bad about taking 2 rest days in a row.
  • This WOD was good, kept the intensity up. Pull ups were the slowest. Squats felt pretty good, focused on pushing my knees out.
