Notes:
- Body: Very sore in quads. Painful to straighten legs out and walking down stairs. I left my trigger point at my house, so I don't have it here at my parents' unfortunately. Will continue to stretch.
- Push ups were the most difficult for me today, those have suffered of late and I need to get them back up to speed.
