- DB shoulder press, 5 x 5 @ 55#
- cable lateral raises
- rear delts
- machine shrugs
- upright rows
- handstand push ups, 3 x 5
Notes
- Body: Feel pretty decent. Knee is not bad. Right tricep area not bad either.
- Workout: Went fine.
