Notes
- Body: Sore hamstrings, left calf, and core. Some minor irritation in right tibia. Saw Dr. Chris for a little work.
- Workout: Tough workout. I was somewhat beat entering the WC, and the weight felt heavy. Had to push those thoughts out of my head and just do it. Got it done Rx'd.
The bicycle One of my most favorite exercises to tone abdominal exercise which you might also love doing is the bicycle. This latter exercise involves you lying on your back on a floormat and lifting the exercise ball between your feet. There are also quite a few exercises that you simply can perform with weights.
